- To Record the Service Performed
- 1 - Login to our site using your assigned Username and Password
- 2 - Click On Customer Records button to the left.
- 3 - Search for specific Customer Records by using:
- > Contact NUmber
- > VIN#
- > Customer Name
- 4 - When you have arrived at the appropriate listing you may record service(s) on the screen
- To Research Customer Records
- 1 - Login to our site using your assigned Username and Password
- 2 - Click On Customer Records button to the left.
- > Research a complete history of services provided to the individual customer.
